Dingmans Medical center is a Multi-Specialty care center located within a population of 60,000 rural residents in Pike County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lisa Pathak, who is board certified in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, provides the leadership in driving this Multi-Specialty center to be a state-of-the-art facility which embodies the principles of Physician Practice Connections – Patient Centered Medical Home. This quality initiative to obtain NCQA’s PPC-PCMH recognition will replace the episodic care based on illnesses with coordinated care and long term relationship for the patient with the Primary Care Physician.

Dingmans Medical Center opened its doors for patient care this May of 2009 and currently has offices available for various medical specialties for sub-lease on a per-day basis.

The facility, located at 1592 Route 739 in Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328, is a 8,400 + sq ft office which is ADA compliant and with ample parking and on-site Pharmacy. Please contact Operations Manager Raj Dalavai for information.

Raj Dalavai serves on the Board of Dalavai Research Group International LLC., (DRG), which is a Site Management Organization (SMO) which has been formed to offer a broad level of services in the area of Clinical Trials for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Goal of DRG is to provide its patrons with high levels of service and expertise to fulfill the requirements of the components of health care industry. DRG has a network of skilled Professional Investigators (PI) and Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) who are dedicated to enabling its customers to complete their tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Since time is of the essence in many clinical trials it is important that procedures and standards of data and analysis are not delayed. DRG has close joint business relationships with Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) in USA and Asia.

The specialties currently in-house include family practice, internal medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Podiatry, Family Dentistry and Orthodontics with Neurology, Orthopedics and Urology to be added soon.

Site Capability: PI (Principal Investigator) is Dr. Lisa Pathak, board certified in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics; CRC Coordinator on site; EDC capability, written SOPs, secure records and medication storage, Phlebotomy, Spirometer, EKG, Holter Monitor, microscope, centrifuge, Dry Ice Certified and on-site pharmacy.
Clinical Trial Experience: Participated in 3 phase IV trials.
